Beginning August 1, 2025... Our practice will be moving to using our patient portal as our main line of communication with our patients. We are asking that if you do not have a patient portal account for your child, that you speak with one of our staff prior to August 1, 2025. We are asking if you need to put in a message to the nurse, need a copy of your child's vaccination record, need to see your child's lab results, or any other medical records that you do so through our patient portal. All of these items are available and free on your child's portal. Beginning August 1, 2025, there will be a fee of $5.00 for our office staff to print any medical record form that is available on your child's patient portal. Our goal is to give you quicker access to your child's medical records, test results, and answers to your questions. If you have any questions on how to gain access to your child's portal account, please call or stop by our office and one of our team memeber's would be happy to assist you!
